Offered by Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK)
Two‑year MBA for experienced professionals delivered via live online classes with three mandatory one‑week campus immersions, designed to build leadership, strategic decision‑making and data‑driven management skills while you continue working.
The programme is a two-year, application-focused Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management designed for experienced professionals who wish to advance into strategic and leadership roles while continuing to work. It combines a compulsory core curriculum in Year 1 with elective specialisations in Year 2 and includes advanced modules such as leadership, international business, simulations and a business plan project.
Delivery blends live, instructor-led online sessions over the Interactive Learning (IL) platform with three mandatory on-campus immersion modules (one week each) at IIM Kozhikode. The structure—four quarters in Year 1 and three in Year 2—ensures a balance of core foundational courses (380 contact hours in Year 1) and 28 credits of electives in Year 2 (approximately 280 hours).
Participants gain practical exposure through case studies, group projects and industry assignments, leaving the programme with strengthened strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making capability, and leadership skills applicable across functions and industries.
