Cookies currently used

A cookie is a small value stored by a website in your browser. The current public application uses an essential session cookie so the server can maintain basic session state and security.

CookiePurposeType and duration
PHPSESSID or equivalent session identifierMaintains server-side session state and supports security and form interactions. The identifier does not itself contain your enquiry details.Strictly necessary; normally ends with the browser session or configured session expiry.
No optional tracking currently detected. Our application audit found no active Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising-cookie, affiliate-cookie or social-plugin tracking code.

Campaign and referral attribution

Links may include UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers. These values remain in the page URL and may be submitted with a programme enquiry so we can understand its source and troubleshoot delivery. The application does not currently place those values into a separate browser cookie.

External resources

Pages may request font files from Google Fonts. That request can disclose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the external service. It is not represented here as an EPO analytics cookie.

Links to institutions, providers or social networks take you to a separate website. Their cookie practices are governed by their own notices.

Your browser controls

You can block or delete cookies using browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie may affect sign-in, security or form-related functionality. Because the current public site does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies, no optional-cookie preference panel is presently required by the application’s actual behaviour.

If tracking changes

We will update this inventory before enabling optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. Where required, those technologies should remain disabled until an appropriate choice is recorded.
