Experience in-person learning through two structured visits to the IIM Calcutta campus.
You will attend seven-day immersion modules—one at the start and one at the end of the programme. These sessions are designed to deepen your learning experience through face-to-face interactions, practical discussions, and exposure to the campus environment that supports focused academic engagement.
Attending both campus visits is mandatory for successful completion. In case a campus module is not conducted due to unavoidable reasons, those sessions will be adjusted within the total online schedule. This structure ensures you receive the full benefit of guided, faculty-led sessions regardless of delivery mode.

Applicants from other disciplinary backgrounds shall also be eligible, provided they have minimum five years of experience in healthcare sector as on application closure date. All applicants need to have minimum 50% marks [aggregate – considering results of all years] in graduation/post-graduation. *Internships and trainee experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience.
