Who this program is for?

  • This programme is specially designed for managers who plan to further their careers in both service and manufacturing organisations. Executives working in the below functional domains too will find the programme both challenging and stimulating.

  • Working professionals with at least 3 years of work experience in an Operations Management role (manufacturing, design, procurement, production, logistics, sales and distribution, service delivery, and programme & project management).

  • Working professionals functioning in strategic activities like network optimisation, supply chain design, process technology management, innovation management, designing improvement programmes, and product/process configuration.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or equivalent, or 2-year Master’s degree or equivalent from institutions or universities recognised by UGC/AICTE/AIU/DEB

  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks of all years in either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or its equivalent

  • Candidates should be working and should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience* post completion of qualifying education

  • Final selection will be done by IIM Calcutta

Selection Criteria

  • The selection will be based on the candidate’s overall profile evaluation, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.

  • Candidates will have to submit an SOP (Statement of Purpose) while applying, along with other relevant documents.

Note: 15,000/- +GST Processing Fee includes ₹9,800 towards Registration Fee and ₹5,200 towards the Programme Fee. Processing Fee to be refunded in case the applicant’s profile is rejected by IIM Calcutta subject to a deduction of ₹2,500/- by way of administrative charges. *Amounts exclusive of GST All Fees are payable to TEEL Refund Policy – This is with reference to the refund of the Processing Fees, please note that the Processing Fee shall not be refunded in the following circumstances: In case candidate rejects the offer issued by the Institute; and In case the application is rejected due to submission of incomplete documents and/or providing incomplete information and/or eligibility criteria not fulfilled

Certificate Details

  • Participants who successfully meet the evaluation criteria and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Completion’.

  • Candidates will have successfully completed the programme if they have received 'poor' grades in not more than two courses

  • It is mandatory for all participants to attend the campus module for successful completion of the programme.

  • Participants with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully, will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Participation’.

  • Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Calcutta Executive Education Alumni status.
