Grievance, Privacy and Communication Requests

Use this process for a service complaint, personal-data request, incorrect programme information or unwanted communication.

How to submit a request

Postal contact: Study2Win Private Limited, 4A-05, 4th Floor, Crown Plaza Mall, Sector 15A, Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Central request desk. This contact receives platform, privacy and communication grievances and coordinates with the programme-specific provider or recipient where required.

What to include

  • Your name and the phone number or email used for the enquiry.
  • The programme and institute, if applicable.
  • Approximate enquiry or incident date.
  • A clear description of the issue and the outcome requested.
  • Any EPO reference number already provided.

Do not email Aadhaar, passport, bank details, academic certificates or other sensitive documents unless a verified representative asks you to use a secure channel.

What happens next

  1. We record the request and aim to acknowledge it within 48 hours.
  2. We verify enough information to locate the relevant record without collecting unnecessary documents.
  3. We identify the responsible EPO entity and any provider or recipient involved in that programme.
  4. We investigate, coordinate where required and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. Complex or legally constrained requests may take longer, in which case we will explain the status.

Privacy

Access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, processing questions or a suspected data-security issue.

Communications

Stop marketing calls, SMS, email or WhatsApp messages and retain a suppression preference.

Programme information

Incorrect dates, fees, relationship statements, institute marks or misleading programme claims.

Service conduct

Counselling conduct, enquiry routing, impersonation, suspected fraud or an inaccessible support route.

If the issue remains unresolved

Reply to the same thread and request internal escalation, quoting the earlier reference and explaining what remains unresolved. Where applicable, consumers may also use the Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline. Privacy escalation rights will apply in accordance with the commencement schedule of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules.
