Four distinct roles

Relationships are programme-specific

An institution does not necessarily have one provider across its entire catalogue. One programme may be supported by one provider and another by a different provider. For that reason, the programme page—not the institute profile—is the controlling place for the provider, responsible entity, consent and recipient disclosure.

Commercial transparency

Some programmes are promoted under commercial sales, channel or marketing arrangements. That involvement does not change which academic institution offers the programme. It also does not make EPO an independent ranking service or guarantee an outcome.

We avoid calling a microsite or campaign the institute’s “official website” unless that status is expressly documented.

How an enquiry is routed

1. You select a programme.
2. The form displays programme-specific consent wording.
3. The configured EPO entity records the request and attribution.
4. The enquiry is shared only with the recipients disclosed for that programme.

Whose policies apply

EPO’s Privacy Notice and Terms govern use of this platform. A provider’s privacy notice is relevant when that provider receives and processes the enquiry. Provider or institution application, payment, cancellation and refund terms become relevant when you use their application or payment process.

Internal corporate policies such as whistleblower, employment or procurement policies ordinarily do not govern a prospective learner’s programme enquiry and are not linked merely because the organisation publishes them.
