• Recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA; or CA/ICWA/CS with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Foreign degree holders must submit AIU or government-recognised equivalency and proof of academic performance.
• Minimum three years of full-time work experience after graduation (internships/pre-degree roles not counted).
Selection criteria
• Shortlisting based on online application form and supporting documents (academic records and validated work experience).
• All shortlisted candidates must appear for Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), unless they submit valid CAT/GMAT/GRE scores within 3 years of the EMAT date (CAT >= 75 percentile; GMAT >= 700; GRE V:151, Q:152, AWA:3.5).
• EMAT assesses logical, numerical and verbal ability (one-hour duration; 40 questions) and is used to shortlist for interview.
• Final selection based on standardised Personal Interview conducted by IIM Kozhikode faculty; category-specific cut-offs apply.
