Participants are assessed through written tests, assignments, online examinations and quizzes, and graded as Satisfactory Plus (S+), Satisfactory (S), or Unsatisfactory (U). A participant may be asked to leave the programme, with fees forfeited, in the following cases:
Participants must fulfil the evaluation criteria and maintain at least 80% attendance to receive the certificate from IIM Ahmedabad.
The programme is structured as a 5 to 6 month course, delivered live online every Saturday, with two campus immersions at IIM Ahmedabad. It is designed to help working professionals move from project execution to strategic project leadership.
Graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline, with an aggregate of 50% marks and 3 or more years of work experience after graduation, are eligible to apply.
The programme is delivered live online through case method pedagogy, group exercises, hands-on AI and GenAI work, and an integrated capstone project, with two on-campus immersions at IIM Ahmedabad for direct faculty interaction and peer networking.
The total programme fee is ₹3,10,000 + GST, exclusive of a application fee of ₹2,000 + GST. The fee can be paid in instalments across the programme duration.
The curriculum covers project fundamentals, financial and risk management, governance and compliance, agile and digital frameworks, leveraging AI and analytics, managing IT and AI projects, leadership and stakeholder management, and strategic thinking, culminating in an integrated capstone exercise.
On successful completion, you receive an Executive Programme on Strategic Project Management certification from IIM Ahmedabad.
