Designed for working professionals, this two-year Master of Management Studies supports career progression without interrupting professional responsibilities. It builds leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capability for professionals preparing to manage larger mandates or transition into strategic roles.
The curriculum develops a cross-functional foundation across finance, operations, marketing, strategy, economics, information systems, human resources, and sustainability. Year 2 incorporates elective courses, while projects, simulations, a capstone project, and a thesis track support applied learning.
Learning combines live online sessions with three IIM Indore campus modules. Participants engage with case studies, collaborative assignments, and real business challenges while benefiting from faculty-led learning and peer interaction.

IIM Indore campus: three modules across the programme—six days at the beginning, four days midway, and six days at the end (16 days total).
Lectures: Delivered by IIM Indore faculty and industry professionals.

Sessions are delivered through an Interactive Learning platform in Direct-to-Device mode, accessible on desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Participants receive reading materials as required and may interact with faculty via email/chat.
Three on-campus modules are held at the beginning (six days), middle (four days), and end (six days) of the programme.
Quizzes and Exams: Regular assessments to monitor progress.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course; emergency leave is subject to approval by the Programme Coordinator.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required to complete the programme. Attendance below 75% results in a grade cut.
Participants with attendance below 30% are not eligible for the certificate.
Successful completion of the prescribed course of study and all other academic requirements is required for the Certificate of Completion.

Degree (10+2+3), graduate, or postgraduate qualification from universities recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Minimum 50% marks (or equivalent GPA) in graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
5% relaxation in minimum marks for SC/ST/PwD categories.
Scores must have been obtained within the last five years as of the application date.
CAT: Minimum 75 percentile overall, with at least 70 percentile in each section.
GMAT (Classic/Focus): Minimum score of 600.
GRE: Minimum score of 290.
IIM Indore (EAT): Internal entrance test of one-hour duration.
