The programme will include a capstone project as a group activity for the participants, where the project proposal will be presented by the groups and mentored by faculty members. The final presentation will be evaluated as part of the programme's learning outcomes, integrating the learning from the various modules.

You will be part of two campus immersion modules, each lasting five days at IIM Calcutta. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding, encourage peer exchange, and build connections in a more focused, face-to-face environment beyond the virtual classroom.
In case of unforeseen events, the on-campus experience may shift to live online delivery. You will still gain the full benefit of the module through alternative arrangements. The goal remains the same—giving you a complete and enriching learning experience in every format.

Evaluation methodology is at the discretion of the faculty and includes:

Individual modules, excluding on-campus components, are evaluated in collaboration with Times Edutech and Events Limited (TEEL).
Grades awarded are Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor. Cut-off scores are disclosed, while individual marks remain confidential.
To successfully complete the programme, participants must meet attendance requirements, receive no more than two Poor grades across evaluated modules, and provide feedback.
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for successful completion and award of the certificate.

The final capstone-project presentation is evaluated as part of the programme's learning outcomes.

Applicants must hold a recognised Bachelor's degree or a recognised Master's degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks) from a UGC/AICTE accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience is required after completing your Bachelor's degree by the application deadline.

The INR 20,000 processing fee is refundable if IIM Calcutta rejects the participant profile, less INR 2,500 as administrative charges.
