As part of the programme, participants will attend a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow, comprising a total of 18 hours on campus, scheduled towards the end of the course. These sessions provide an opportunity for peer learning, direct faculty interaction, and broader industry perspectives, enhancing understanding and supporting practical application of the concepts covered in the programme.
The on-campus immersion is carefully structured to maximise learning and engagement. Should circumstances require, sessions may be delivered online, ensuring participants remain fully connected to content, faculty, and peers while continuing to gain meaningful professional insights.
