A 6‑month, IIT Roorkee certificate (live online + recorded) for engineers and data scientists to build practical quantum algorithms, QML models and secure quantum-communication solutions through hands-on labs, projects and a capstone.
This advanced certificate combines foundations of quantum computing with practical AI/ML applications to help technical professionals design, simulate and deploy quantum algorithms and hybrid quantum–classical systems. Delivered as live online sessions plus recorded content, the programme includes hands-on labs, applied assignments and a capstone project that address optimisation, classification and security use cases.
For practising engineers, data scientists and researchers, the curriculum emphasises tool-based fluency (Qiskit, PennyLane, Python), quantum communication protocols (QKD, teleportation) and quantum machine learning models (QSVMs, QNNs, QGANs). An optional one-day campus immersion at IIT Roorkee connects participants with faculty and peers. Completion requires passing the final assessment and meeting attendance criteria.
