A 10-month live-online executive programme with a 3-day XLRI campus immersion that equips senior leaders (CXO–level and functional heads) to design governance, lead AI-enabled strategy and redesign organisations for sustainable AI adoption.
AI-LEAD™ is a 10-month executive programme combining live online sessions with a three-day campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur to prepare senior leaders to lead AI-enabled organisational transformation. The programme emphasises adaptive leadership, systems thinking and strategic judgment rather than tool-level AI training.
Through faculty-led lessons, experiential labs, industry expert sessions and a hands-on capstone, participants learn to define where AI should inform decisions, design governance and accountability frameworks, and redesign organisational roles and decision flows for sustainable AI adoption. The cohort and immersion create focused peer networking time for strategy work and leadership reflection.
Intended for CXO-level and senior functional leaders, the programme balances conceptual depth with applied practice so leaders can translate AI capability into measurable business impact while embedding ethics, culture and long-term resilience.
