Offered by XLRI – Xavier School of Management
An 11-month live online executive programme for family business owners, successors and senior executives that combines XLRI faculty-led live sessions, a Capstone Project and mandatory campus and Denmark immersions to build governance, succession and global growth strategies.
Family enterprises face unique challenges across succession, governance and intergenerational alignment; this programme equips owners, successors and senior executives with strategic frameworks and practical tools to navigate those challenges. Over 11 months of live online sessions led by XLRI faculty, participants apply learning to a Capstone Project based on their own business and gain ready-to-use approaches for governance, performance management and sustainable growth.
The programme pairs live online learning with two mandatory immersions: a 2-day campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur and a 2-day international immersion in Denmark (AAFM). Participants also complete AAFM sessions and benefit from peer learning in a cohort of family-business leaders. On successful completion (70% attendance and assessment requirements), participants receive an XLRI Certificate of Completion and access to XLRI's Executive Alumni Network.
