This is an executive women's leadership programme, not a general management course. It specifically targets women preparing to transition into more senior leadership roles within corporate or entrepreneurial settings.
The programme is designed to bridge learning and application. Beyond the structured curriculum, participants engage in interaction sessions with senior women leaders who have led at the highest levels, and complete a capstone project that challenges them to apply their learning to a real-world business problem. This ensures participants leave with not just knowledge but the confidence and tools to create meaningful impact in their organisations.
The programme covers a broad range of leadership areas including strategic thinking, digital transformation and AI, executive communication and storytelling, emotional intelligence and resilience, negotiation and conflict management, managing diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mindset, personal branding, and career management. The curriculum is designed to build both managerial capability and authentic leadership presence.
