A 12‑month live online executive programme with a two‑day IIM Kashipur campus immersion, designed for early‑to‑mid career managers to build analytical, technology‑enabled operations and supply‑chain leadership skills.
Operations and supply chains are critical to delivering products in today’s fast‑moving markets; this programme equips managers with analytical, process and digital skills to design and operate resilient supply chains. Over 12 months, the curriculum combines live Sunday sessions, case studies, simulations and a faculty‑mentored capstone to translate classroom learning into measurable operational improvements.
Designed for early‑to‑mid career executives, the programme covers end‑to‑end OSCM topics — inventory and logistics, strategic sourcing, Six Sigma and lean, project management, and supply‑chain analytics — and emphasises technology‑enabled optimisation. A two‑day on‑campus immersion at IIM Kashipur culminates the learning with capstone presentations and direct faculty feedback, and successful participants receive an IIM Kashipur Certificate of Completion and Executive Alumni status.
