It pairs weekly live online Sunday sessions with two intensive five-day on-campus immersions at IIM Calcutta, allowing participants to combine continued professional responsibilities with deep, experiential learning.
Curriculum spans leadership and strategy, digital transformation, finance, marketing, HR, operations and legal aspects, and concludes with a capstone project and business simulation that integrate classroom learning with real-world challenges. Teaching methods include case studies, simulations and peer exchange to ensure practical application.

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from institutions recognised by UGC, AICTE, AIU, or DEB.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Work Experience: At least 10 years of full-time professional experience after graduation (internships/trainee roles not considered).
Admission decisions are made by IIM Calcutta after reviewing academic background, work experience, and statement of purpose.
Shortlisting and final offers are determined by the institute.

The application fee is not refundable if the candidate declines an offer or if the application is rejected due to incomplete documents, incomplete information, or non-fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
