Participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not fulfil the evaluation criteria will receive a Certificate of Participation.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' overall work experience and hold a recognised graduate degree (or equivalent for international participants). Diploma Holders (10+2+3) are also eligible, while Diploma Holders (10+3) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a minimum of 10 years' supervisory work experience.
Participants who successfully complete the programme and meet the prescribed attendance and evaluation criteria will receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Kozhikode. Participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not fulfil the evaluation criteria will receive a Certificate of Participation.
