The SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany will have 2 intakes for students coming through this accelerator pathway. The intakes will be in April and October. Though the application process for the SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany will start during the online program, you will be able to go to the SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany in the nearest intake available. Subject to learner meeting eligibility criteria set by University for transfer to on-campus experience.

upGrad will apply for a conditional offer letter at the SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany once all the required documents are provided by you (as given in the offer letter issued to you by upGrad). Apart from the documents mentioned in the offer letter from SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany, you will have to submit the proof of English proficiency for making an application to SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany. upGrad will support you to get your English proficiency scores within 3 months of the start of the batch to accelerate this process. Once you submit the APS certificate and English Language Proficiency scorecard you will get an unconditional offer letter from the SRH University of Applied Sciences.

There are a total of 4 courses that will be taught by upGrad. The duration of each course is 4 weeks. In total, the student would have to complete 16 weeks of live lectures after which they can start preparing or transitioning into their on-campus journey. The course-seminar would entail 5 weeks of live lectures to be taught by the university itself.

• 2 years of Full Time Work Experience after graduation.
• Medium of Instruction should be English as certified by bachelors graduation institution (MOI letter is required for admission purposes).

For SRH University of Applied Sciences, Germany (On-campus):

• The student must successfully complete the MBA Semester 1 from the SRH University of Applied Sciences with an aggregate of minimum 50% or above and 50% in each individual course.
• English Proficiency Requirements are IELTS Academic>= 6.5 overall with no sectional score lower than 6 or TOEFL iBT >= 87 or TOEIC Listening/Reading >=785, Speaking 160, Writing 150 or Duolingo >=110 or Cambridge CAE or CPE (grade A, B, or C) or PTE >= 59.

Refund Policy:

1. Students must pay an applicable Caution Amount for the enrollment to the Program. This Caution Amount will be adjustable against the total Program fee payable by the student.
2. Once the student has made a partial or full payment of Program fee, such student can claim a refund for this amount at any time before the cohort commencement date by raising a refund request through ‘My applications’ page on our website (www.upgrad.com), stating the specific reason for the refund. The refund shall be subject to a deduction of INR. 20,000/- towards processing fee. If less than INR. 20,000/- have been paid in total, students shall not be eligible for any refund in such a case.
